Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all agreements between Motor Mania Europe B.V. and its customers.

All vehicles comply with applicable European regulations.

Ownership remains until full payment is received.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts from the day the consumer receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a clear statement to:
info@motor-mania.eu

In case of withdrawal, all payments will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless the product is defective.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– custom-built vehicles
– individually configured products
– specially ordered vehicles
– business purchases (B2B)

The right of withdrawal is fully excluded for vehicles that have been registered or used.
