Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all agreements between:

and its customers, both consumers and business clients.

 

2. Agreement

An agreement is concluded by written confirmation or delivery of the products.
All offers are non-binding.

 

3. Products and compliance

All vehicles comply with applicable European regulations.
Technical specifications and images are indicative. Minor deviations may occur.
Modifications by third parties are outside the responsibility of the seller.

 

4. Pricing and payment

Consumer prices include VAT. Business prices exclude VAT.
Payment methods include bank transfer, prepayment or financing if applicable.
The seller may require full payment prior to delivery.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out according to agreed terms.
Risk transfers to business customers upon handover to the carrier and to consumers upon delivery.

 

6. Retention of title

All goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

 

7. Registration and use

Vehicle registration is the responsibility of the buyer.
The seller is not liable for national requirements, post-delivery changes or third-party modifications.

 

8. Software and systems

Vehicles may contain software.
Unauthorized modifications may result in loss of warranty.

 

9. Batteries

Batteries are subject to natural wear.
Capacity loss is not considered a defect.

 

10. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Warranty is void in case of misuse, modifications or unauthorized repairs.
Liability is limited to direct damages.

 

11. Recall

If necessary, recall actions may be carried out.
Business customers must cooperate and inform end users.

 

12. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to products, designs, technical drawings, software and trademarks remain the property of Motor Mania Europe B.V.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
Legal action may be taken in case of infringement.

 

13. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.

 

14. Final provision

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
